The short version: we collect almost nothing, we don't track you, and we only use what you send us to reply to you.

What we collect
This website does not use analytics, advertising trackers, or marketing cookies. The only personal data we receive is what you choose to send us through the contact form or by email: your name, your email address, and the contents of your message.
Why we use it
We use your contact details solely to respond to your message. The legal basis is our legitimate interest in answering enquiries you send us (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR). We do not sell or share your data with third parties for marketing.
Who processes it
This site is hosted on Cloudflare Pages, which processes technical request data (such as IP addresses) to serve the site and protect it from abuse. Messages sent through the contact form are delivered to our inbox by our email delivery provider.
How long we keep it
We keep correspondence only as long as needed to handle your enquiry and any follow-up, after which it is deleted.
Your rights
Under the GDPR (AVG) you have the right to access, correct, or delete the personal data we hold about you, and the right to lodge a complaint with the Dutch Data Protection Authority (Autoriteit Persoonsgegevens). To exercise any of these rights, email contact@quburann.com.
